When searching for a place, do not enter the complete name of the state, city and locality. Just enter the first two or three letters and click the Search button. This will bring up all matching places and you can select from this list.
When you are viewing the Basic Chart tab, the bottom pane shows planetary information. You can press F7 key to include additional columns: Absolute Position, Speed and Dignity. These columns are by default hidden to avoid screen clutter. If you press F7 once again, these extra columns go away.
When you are viewing the Basic Chart tab, you can press ALT and + keys together to increase the size of the chart and ALT and – keys to reduce the size.
